Return Policy
* No returns accepted without RMA & Subject to a Restocking Fee of 25%. * No returns accepted after (15) days. * No returns accepted on used items.* * A $35 Fee will be charged on Return Checks. * Past Due balance is subject to 7% FC and all Legal Fees to the Customer. * All disputed transactions are subject to a $25.00 Bank fee charge and a V/M 3% charge or 5% Amex charge for re-running the transaction. (No Exceptions)

Refund Policy
Items marked as "clearance", "demo", "Used" or "closeout" cannot be returned or exchanged.
All other returns for exchanges and/or refunds must occur within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. After 15 days, this policy becomes null and void. Returns may take up to one week to be processed through our Returns Department. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
. We will charge additional fees on packages being returned to us due to an undeliverable address or Customer Refusal.
A $25 service fee will be charged for all returned checks

Returns after 15 days will be store credit only which is valid for one year only from date of issue.
All returns must be in new condition.
OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT INSPECTS EACH AND EVERY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN RETURNED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUNDS AND/OR EXCHANGES OF ANY AND ALL RETURNED ITEMS IF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING HAS OCCURRED:
Obvious Wear & Tear such as scratches, dents, water damage, or abuse on any merchandise; kinks or cuts in cables; tears and holes in material items; scratches on headsets and/or intercoms. Any and all size adjustments such as helmets; products that have been used, custom fit and/or altered, etc. Dirt, sand, sun and/or water damage, etc. Obvious odors such as cigarette smoke, perfume or colognes, etc. Protective Packaging or original packaging that has been defaced in any manner, or is absent upon return. Related warranty paperwork, mounting hardware, inserts, attached coupons and/or instructions pamphlets are absent.
If your Custom order is not received within 4 weeks or purchase, a full refund can be offered.

Fulfillment Policy
Outside peak holidays and sale events, we generally ship in stock orders received before 12pm EST the same day. Expedited orders (Next-Day, 2-Day, etc.) must be received by 1pm to meet pickup times. Although we make every effort, we cannot guarantee same day shipping. Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping times are estimates from the carriers and delivery can not be guaranteed for the estimates delivery ranges.
Delivery signature is required on ALL orders over $750 (including shipping charges)

Custom ordered items can take 3-4 weeks to deliver. These items are subject to outside Vendor printing processes and are out of the control of Turn 2. We will make every effort to make sure your item is completed as soon as possible but we are not in control of when the outside Vendors complete these orders.
Custom orders require 50% deposit . Custom orders are all Sales Final and can not be cancelled once order is placed. . All custom orders are final. No returns accepted. This includes Trailer Curtains, Pit Box Covers and any Special ordered Custom items.

Cancellation Policy
In stock orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order .Once the order has shipped , and the Customer wants to return the order it must follow the Turn 2 Return policy.
Cancellations are subject to a Restocking Fee of 25%.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY !!!
If a Package is shown to be delivered via Tracking number and the Customer says it was not there, a Police report will need to be filed and either a copy of the report or Report number will need to be sent to Turn 2 before any action is taken by Turn 2.
No further action will be taken by Turn 2 Unless the Report is filed, period.
We will offer Signature required options on shipments and Customer will be charged the exact fee depending on Company used to ship.
Unfortunately , these steps will need to be taken due to increasing reports of Items being reported not delivered after Tracking info says it was.
Once the order leaves Turn 2, it is out of our control, we will not just replace the order any longer.

ATTENTION !! All Curtains are made to order with your supplied measurements.
All Curtains are checked before leaving our shop to make sure they are to the size ordered by the Customer.
Once we send the curtain and it is delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to install the Curtain as soon as possible to insure proper fit.
Turn 2 will not be responsible for any errors or further adjustments after 30 days from receipt of curtain. If after 30 days you notify Turn 2 of any error or needed adjustments, Turn 2 will charge time and materials to correct any issues needing resolution.
