We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays. Although we cannot guarantee same day shipping, we are generally able to ship the same day for orders received by 12:00pm EST. Depending on In Stock Availability.

T2RC Does not Guarentee on time Delivery, once the Order is picked up by the Shipper, T2RC is not responsible for when the Shipper Actually Delivers the Order.

T2RC Can require a Signature of Delivery on any item over $400.00

T2RC Will notify Customer of any item that will not ship within 2 Business Days of Order Receipt

RETURNS POLICY and TURN AROUND TIME
Custom Items such as Trailer Curtains, Trailer Skirts Pop up Canopies and non Stocking Pit Mat Sizes can not be returned. All Sales Are Final on those Items.
All returns Must have a R.M.A. before being sent back.Item will not be accepted without a R.M.A. If an Item is to be Exchanged for Defect or incorrect Size, the Original item must be received first and in the same condition it was when sold to be accepted as a Exchange.
T2RC reserves the right to refuse any return for any of the Following Conditions, obvious wear and tare,neglect, Water Damage,or any other Defect we deam to be from improper handling or user abuse of the item.
Returns will only be accepted within 15 days from receipt of product. After 15 days, no exchanges will be allowed. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Allow up to 1 week to process any return.
Returns after 15 days will be Store Credit only and Subject to a 20% restocking Fee.
T2RC will turn around the approved Returned item within 2 Business days after excepting the Return as Returnable.
